... to find a job yet so i cant afford to pay 150 every 2 weeks and now my car has completely stopped working so there is no way i can get it back to Tennessee, I cant afford to get it fixed and cant afford the payments. The place i got the car from refuses to give me a copy of my contract with them unless i bring the car back to them and they also said they were going to give me a felony if i dont pay the car note. Are they allowed to deny me a copy of our contract and all the information about it and give me a felony ?
