Hello I wanted to get an advice as im 6 months pregnant living with parents that have a mortgage and my name is on the mortgage as well but I didn't sign anything they just included me without me being there and basically they don't want me living with them when I give birth they say go live with a baby father but he is in prison for 2 years so the question is can I get a council house if my mum writes a letter? but with my name on the mortgage? its so confusing as I don't pay mortgage its just my name is on it. Help please.
