Yes, you may still get convicted if the judge (even if s/he is your cousin) finds you guilty beyond reasonable doubt. However, for judge's sake, s/he should have desisted from handling your case given the prejudice (not conflict of interest) towards you as the defendant, and the possible injustice to the prosecution.
