Deficiency of B vitamins causes anxiety and other psychological symptoms. It also causes the tissues of the throat to soften, leading to snoring and/or slobbering. There are between 13 and 17 B vitamins, depending on who is counting, and many of them can substitute for each other to some extent, so symptoms of deficiency can be quite varied. Get B-100 and/or nutritional yeast powder.* B2 is a water soluble yellow dye, so as long as your urine is bright yellow you have some. When the color fades, it's time for another supplement.
*Nutritional yeast powder will make a noticeable improvement in your attitude. Flakes are ok but half the strength. Stir it into milk.
