Vinegar is acetic acid and baking soda is sodium bicarbonate, a base. When a base combines with an acid they produce sodium acetate, water, and carbon dioxide. The only thing you might breathe is fizzy water. Not poisonous.
A lot of uninstructed people still recommend vinegar and baking soda for cleaning things. None of the three products has any usefulness for cleaning. The only known use for the reaction is raising bread.
