I personally used Shopify for number of years for my online store. Though they are not offering any app straight away however, using third party platform they give you app but that costs lot more.
However, there is a an eCommerce platform with the name of Tibolli.NET that offers each and everything for free. I am about to try them for my own store as well as I need to have mobile application for my store as well.
