It was blocked for sockpuppetry about 6 months ago, but I still want to edit for Wikipedia, for good use and not the sneaky way around.

*steps onto soapbox* What you're actually saying is that you broke the regulations, got caught doing it, and are now asking how you can dodge the punishment. It doesn't look good. *gets off soapbox*
Okay, to answer a bit more helpfully, they're most likely blocking your IP or a small section of a range of IPs (meaning others probably can't edit Wikipedia either, if they live near you and use the same ISP). I don't know how clever Wikipedia's lookups are but you could try using a proxy (do a Google search) or you could change IP, use a different device, or just log on from somewhere else.
