I live in an apartment complex in Chandler, AZ. When I moved into this apartment 8 months ago I was told they had a year round pool, I stated to them that was the main reason I was moving here, location and pool. 2 weeks after moving into the complex, they shut the down the pool for "maintenance" they have not opened it since except for one weekend, which was half of Friday and all day Saturday closed Sunday. Is this a valid reason to ask for compensation or have my lease broken? And if I do have my lease broken will it effect me in the future trying to move somewhere else?

if you signed your lease and your 8months into it and you wanna break it its not a good reason on the pool but you only got 4 months your lease will be up you can stay or move for that reason if you move now you'll get stuck paying the other 4 months and it might make a different if you don't finish it out
