I have a marketing degree, but want to change career paths. I would love to go into companies and teach them about preventative health and overall wellness culture, which will help the company overall to reduce insurance costs and make happier employees! Do I NEED to go back to school for this? How can I get started?

the best way to get yourself into the healthcare field is to go back to school and do a college program, a short one in social work, health education etc. most preventiive health jobs such as what youre talking about requires alot of experience doing education, public speaking and of course knowing what youre talking about. you can do a short college program and maybe do some volonteering to get your feet wet. you dont have to go back to school, but with the job market and how compeitive it is in the health care field, it always give you a good edge on your resume to have different education and work experiences.
