I am currently on a final written warning from my employer for the use of bad language in the past. Since my warning was issued I have cleaned myself up and kept my mouth shut. I havnt been an angel in the past but every time I used bad language back then I felt provoked into doing so (still no reason to use it) However I have cleaned up my act and got on with my job and things have been great up until today when my manager accused me of using bad language on 3 seperate occasions. This is completely untrue. Ive always felt that they never liked me and would take any chance they could to get rid of me and today I believe they've done that. I havnt lost my job yet but after the meetings ahead I feel I will. I didn't use any bad language so they have 2 different stories from 2 different people with no witnesses involved. Can they sack me? If they do can I sue? Please help. Thank you.

you can file a complaint agianst your employer file one with a union if you have one you want to also file a complaint with labor and industries this will make them have to produce evidence to do so someone is trying to get rid of you and someone is going under cover and trying to get you fired you must have you evidence upfront when you file a complaint when time comes it might help to get a attorney employers don't like this type of come back but do you know anybody that will go to bat for you that works with the company i would be keeping every thing you have from the company because the manager doesn't like you either
Can I sue though? Like if they sack me. It's their word against mine so if the sack me can I sue?
