they can do this some don't have to have a reason i would move to have this charge dismissed depending on how long its been sense it happened things happen when they do a back ground check some do a credit check also sounds like someone caught the problem or someone doesn't want you around they should have caught that way before now actually i would call labor and industries something isn't right do to the way they did this were you working for the company for a year
I was never interview never done an application an was never asked about a criminal bkground I got the job through word of mouth I have also worked for two local authoritys dbs checked of course and worked with young people and members of the public
thats not wrong no matter the reason
( ....thanku
basically I have been working for a year and a half no probs no complaints
then I was diagnosed with cancer during this time my emploees were been inspected by cqc so well all had to do one
I had surgery then 8 wks later I received a letter saying due to reorganising the practice as in reception I am no longer required its only now since my dbs was bk an I seeked legal advise that it is cqc who said get rid so they now claim that's reason for dismissal
my convictions are over 15 yrs old......I was never offered appeal or meeting (
o an thanku for your reply
