the police raided my house not finding anything they could use as evidence agianst me in court stating i was distributing or delivering marijuana, but they did find my personnel weed, they did say they had a recording of me selling marijuana, but they said it to my friend who was actually selling the weed too.
Can I be charged with delivery & distribution felonies of (marijuana) if Im just an accomplice?

Afraid so my friend,esp if there is a recording. Suggest legal council. That crap can get you into more trouble than a "barrel of monkeys".How old are you? Under 18? Some boys I've been close to for yrs since early youth stated they wished they would have listened to me.Some have much jail and prison behind them & one now at 18 is doing hard prison time for selling with the "Big" Boys.I hope you do not go through what happened repeatably to them in prison from being raped and stabbed.Wish I could help you but don't know how at this point, but to tell you that you need a new life through accepting and following Jesus the Christ as your Lord and savior. Be glad to advise you how to be saved.Consider it as only God can straighten your life and make you anew.
I hope you are lucky to get probation, sometimes for boys who convince judge having an excellent prior background. Suggest having a good Baptist Pastor pray for you.Look for a church where invitations every service and lives are changed constantly. You need Christ in your life Big Time my friend.He changes lives for the good.
I smoke weed man, it doesn't affect anything i do in my life. the only reason it's affecting my life now is bc it's illegal, i use it as medication, im not some type of tweaker or crackhead, im not addicted to it i can quit smoking no questions asked about that. im in college i handle my business im a law abiding citizen, it feels as if im discriminated for using a natural medication instead of the toxins our government feeds us.
I know a lot of kids like you these days I see it being legal soon I hope(fingers crossed)kids all over are smoking weed and still making good grades and good choices but give a bunch of kids or adults for that matter alcohol they start acting obnoxious and do dumb shit but it's legal I'd rather my kids smoke than drink
Well if you know it's absolutely not true that you were selling weed then don't worry they are just trying to scare you into talking or giving up information they don't have so a small stash even in a state where it's not legal u shouldn't get into that much trouble just a few months probation if anything good luck
