I want to avail LTC by private cruise from Port Blair - Havelock - Neil and back and I am not going to claim any amount as because Govt. boat is only permissible, but our department said that if I avail LTC by private cruise then LTC may be cancelled and I may be punished followed by disciplinary action. Is that true ?
