Can I add neon hair dye to recently bleached and damaged hair?

If you recently bleached and damaged your hair, it's probably not a good idea to dye it a neon colour. Generally hair dye (especially more intense colours))dries out your hair and if your hair is already damaged, it may snap off or fall out. When it all comes down to it, however, it is your hair and you can do what you want with it, but I do not recommend exposing your hair to such harsh chemicals when it is already so fragile.
