Im a backpacker and my travel insurance has expired and I really need to know how much a mammogram might cost

probably might cost between 400-500 dollars depening if its just routine or not if they find something it could be morejust depends they aren't by any options cheap but its the best way to find out if theres anything to worry about they do three d images now so it might cost a little more sometimes they give discounts for timely  payment  you would have to check into that

covered by Medicare.

There are Radiotherapy places that charge more
than others.
So check for the cheapest place.

Check with yr Dr first, if it's really necessary.
