Hey so I've tried melatonin (3 mg), it gave me horrible vivid nightmares, so I can't have that, and I'm tried Camomile tea for sleep and I'm allergic to it.. does anyone have any other natural suggestions? I usually lay in bed for 2-3 hours before falling asleep and going to bed earlier doesn't help.. so it's really messing up my days.

Many people have the same problem. Sometimes this problem can fixed with some simple changes.
The easiest way is to avoid caffeine and nicotine (if you smoke) for at least six hours before you go to bed. People who exercise (for at least twenty minutes) are better sleepers. try to finish exercising at least four hours before going to bed. Avoid day time naps. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals before going to bed. When going to sleep keep your bedroom dark and quiet.
Sleepytime Tea is another thing you can try. I suggest Green Tea or Black Tea and drink it warm. Celestial is my favorite brand for Tea. Cherries ar another good sleep aid, they contain Melatonin which makes us sleepy. Eat about one cup of Cherries before going to bed.
