There are many illegal questions that cannot be asked during an interview as they point to discrimination. Can those same questions be asked legally after you are employed? (i.e. Who will care for your children when you are at work? versus asking "Can you still work the required hours?")

The employer, employement and employee are governed by Local Labor Law of country, therefore you are adviced to check the labor law of your country....
To the knowlege, employer has no right to ask you any personal question or any discrimination question which are regarded as Illegal ..
