Can an average male or female punch into 1/2 inch plywood door using a metal rod?

I would say a strong man might be able to.
What if a female did it? What could that say about her?
Using a railroads spike nail. With gloves held just right and right angle. Yes it can be done. My sisters use to using gloves punch 16 penny nail onto 2x4 pine wood when they were in there early teens .. (13-14 yr old.)
My sisters used to show they could do the same thing us boys could do. But we all were raised in the country on the farm/ranch. So we did foolish stuff all the time. . So if done right then yes I've seen simular things done. Out on the farm when we all were growing up.
1/2 plywood is not that thick. I've seen a 4 ft 10 in 85lbs 26 yr old woman. Get mad and just punch her whole fist thru a wall that was made of 1/2 in plywood. Of course she got cuts and bruises on her hand fist and wrist. And it swells up. But x-rays show not broken. So strengths wise then yes. But if they punch a medal rod bare knuckles fisted with no protection. I would say no. The medal rod would tear up there knuckles , fist , hand. . . Allot of depends on different things. Like if there was a object bigger than there fist ontop of the metal rod and or if they got special reinforced gloves for protections. Then it could be done.
