She lives in the UK and I live in the US.
Basically I don't use condoms because they suck and I thought she was on birth control She let me beleive she was so I think it's not really my fault if she tricked me.

You could have been married or it could have been a one night stand if you have a DNA test done and you are the father she can take you to court and the court will come up with a percentage of your wage that's fair and you will have to pay her or else you do get locked up.
