Can a succulent live inside of a car, and, at which temperatures, say, between -10c and 30c?

Hi ! I own a greenhouse and no plant can live in a vehicle ! It needs sun and watered when it starts getting dry ! If you leave it in a vehicle and do not use that vehicle every day then the plant will die do to lack of watering and sun ! Thanks
