Short answer.. Yes. If the cyst is impacting on the right nerves it can cause permanent and temporary damage that could affect genital sensation. See a doctor for professional advice.

Thank you I was just recently diagnosed with one and my fiance was curious since I have been having some issues. I very much appreciate the information, I couldn't really find anything online...
