Hypothetical situation, let's say someone who works at a major phone company is highly motivated to physically locate a customer. Can they trace the phone's location? Can they do this discreetly without being caught? Can they find out last known location if the phone is turned off?
Also, what about a highly motivated hacker?
yea that stuff happens all the time they can hack to get your information someone from the phone company shouldn't be doing that the information is private and they can get in trouble for it that kinda thing doesn't and isn't suppose to be done unless its by the authoritys motivated hacker now thats possible trying to get information
