So say someone lives in the UK and has family in an EU country who have moved there and live there as ex-pats. If that person dies while on holiday there, is there any way they would be able to be buried there instead of being flown back home? Would they need to fulfil some sort of paperwork or law if they knew there was a chance they might die (if they were very ill) or do they BY LAW *have* to go back to their own country for burial?
