Can a little baby distinguish it's mom from her mom's sister if there were twins?

if you mean identical twins maybe not at first. Not just by looking at his/her moms face for example. But after a while there will be little signs between the two that will help the baby learn which one is the mother.

Even parents and married men/women have a difficult time knowing which is which. Identical twins pretending to be each other is common.
