I rented this place 3 years ago. I like it because of a big closet. The house was sold 1 year ago. We been living without problems. And yesterday the owner call me and said tha i need to empty the closet Because she needs the extra space. Can she do that. Please i need advice. She lives in 1st floor & i live in 2nd floor where the closet is. Thanks for you answer.

She told me that she is happy for having us as tenants. But that she needs the closet and her been the owner of the house has the right to have it. The closet is in my floor. I am calling on Monday to the city housing. Thank you.
