Can a"friend" sue you if you wrecked her vehicle? But in reality your aren't even a licensed driver?

I had to explain more. I am not a licensed driver and they were intoxicated at the time of the event so I had no choice but to drive the vehicle and in court would it hold up as me not being licensed and also no police report was filed after or claimed on insurance and also she had recent work done after the accident so no telling what someone else messed up. Big question is, would this hold up in court? I need help!
