No, especially in this country. america is very bad & mean in both of those topics. Any country is bad in those areas. But if there is a way, U'd be very lucky. U'd have to have lots of connections (knowing people), lawyers, money & U'd have to apply for lots of things & U'd also be very lucky if get accepted to any of the steps to get U'r mom legalized. There's lots of steps & it takes years. But since U have 2 things going against U & U'r mom, it's basically impossible. Sorry. =(
