Now planning to study in the U.K. In Environmental science, but want to become a Environmental engineer. I read from a website that the majority of people with a degree in Environmental science can work as a Environmental engineer. But it then discredited it by saying that to become an Environmental engineer, one must have a degree in Environmental Engineers. So I want to know how, and what study pathway should I take in order to get my dream job.
I am ,currently, in favor of one of the top 30 universities in the U.K, but the problem is it only provides Environmental Science, not Environmental engineering. If I choose environmental engineering as my major, that would mean finding other universities that are lower down the rank.
So what should I do? Should I study in one of the top 30, and hope that my degree can get me my dream job? Or should I find some other universities that offer the course?
