My child recently returned from a long summer visit at the fathers home in another Canadian province. He and I have been separated for many years. My child returned home from his place today and tells me she had been interviewed by cps workers at her dads home. I am now very concerned about her well being during past and future visitation. I think the problem is her dads oldest daughter who is now living there. That 21 year old is trouble, and lost custody of her 2 babies recently. I'm upset because I thought I was supposed to be asked permission or notified when it came to my child being interviewed. I have sole custody (the father has visitation). Can social workers drag my child into stuff without notifying me?
