I set up auto-pay through them and I went into the portal and attempted to swap out my method of payment and they had locked my card in on their system and I changed whatever information that I was allowed to access, I tried to stop them from using that card and I succeeded. I received an email from them week later or something like that telling me I needed to update my payment information. I forgot about it and then a few weeks went by and they change my information back and then made a withdrawal out of my account. I'm just wanting to know if they can do that

Did you wish to cancel your subscription, or just change the card?
Technicalities are no excuse for extorting charges out of people. If you did not make use of their product / service prior to the withdrawal, demand reimbursement from customer services. If they are unwilling to cooperate, that may warrant more severe action (fraud). I'm no lawyer, but ultimately it's your money on the line here.
