I set up auto-pay through them and I went into the portal and attempted to swap out my method of payment and they had locked my card in on their system and I changed whatever information that I was allowed to access, I tried to stop them from using that card and I succeeded. I received an email from them week later or something like that telling me I needed to update my payment information. I forgot about it and then a few weeks went by and they change my information back and then made a withdrawal out of my account. I'm just wanting to know if they can do that
