The school says it does not discriminate by religion, even though they obligate you to take a class about Christianity once a week. The student is agnostic, even though she wears the veil because it was a personal choice. Should they let her wear they veil? Please explain your answer.

Freedom of religion, why shouldn't they let her if she wants to? Jews are allowed to wear their little cap, christians are allowed to wear their cross, muslims wear special clothing.. so what? They way you ask suggests that you have a problem with it making you sound like a bigot. I hope that's not the case.. besides your answer is in your own question.. "The school says it does not discriminate by religion."
Cool, and now you know, religious freedom means freedom for all religions no matter how other people may perceive them. If my religion meant I had to paint my face blue and wear a bikini then other people would just have to put up with it and tolerate it :)
Glad you're not a bigot :D
First, I asked, not about religious freedom, but about the veil part.
Thanks.
And I'm not muslim, actually.
I'm not a bigot. I'm the person who wears the hijab at school. I was just asking in third person to see what other people think about it.
