I have ADHD. I've tried various meds to treat this -- Concerta, Strattera, Adderall, and now Vyvance. Only the Adderall and Vyvance have helped. When I was younger, I took Adderall and had no problem with it. After a few years on it, my work load slowed down and I felt like I had developed a pretty effective system of organization over the years, enough so that I felt like I could probably manage life without it. And I did! I was able to go without medication for several years by merely using lots of post-it notes, daily lists, and routines. True, I couldn't sit down and read anymore but 'eh, I wasn't a big reader anyway. Now, though, my workload has increased and I'm just unable to juggle everything. I can't keep up. I'm so distracted, unorganized, and I feel like I spend HOURS just trying to get one or two tasks done. Ugh! My doctor placed me back on Adderall (20mg XR) but this time, my already borderline BP went into the elevated range (140/90 range) and I also started to experience chest tightness. It's true that when I used to take Adderall, my resting BP had been in the somewhat low range so perhaps the Adderall did elevate it some but nothing to cause alarm. Now, though, I just didn't have much of a window for it to fluctuate in safely. So my doctor took me off of it immediately until we could get my BP back down (we did so naturally -- no BP meds). Well, after two months without any stimulant, he has just started me on Vyvance (40mg). Oh. My. Goodness. It works just as effective as the Adderall did! I'm finding I am much more focused at work. Plus, my ability to talk intelligently and to write with clearer objectives has also improved. I am also delighted to find that I'm able to read again without distraction and that my productivity is better (a report used to take me 2-3 hours; now it's around 1.5 hours!). I'm also sleeping well at night on the Vyvance. The problem? Well, I'm having cardiovascular elevations once again - Ugh! My borderline BP has decided to creep into the elevated range again (averaging 140 /85-95) and my pulse rate is higher than usual (used to be 75-90; now it's 95-110 bpm). I hate to bring this up to the my doctor. The Vyvance is working so well that the thought of him taking me off of it really bums me out, yet I don't want to damage my heart either. My friend told me that her husband's high blood pressure was significantly reduced by seeing their chiropractor. My question is whether a chiropractor can help reduce blood pressure if my high BP is due to stimulant/ADHD use (rather than due to poor blood flow from a misaligned spine)? Anyone had any experience with this? Also, has anyone found that when they started on Vyvance, their BP and pulse rate were high but then leveled out over the next few weeks on their own?
Can a chiropractor reduce my blood pressure if my high BP is due to Vyvance (ADHD) medication?

It depends. Although I've learned from drfryer.ca that they will be checking on the symptoms so they could provide a solution to the problem. Other than that, they would also educate you on what needs to be done in order to resolve the condition you are experiencing.
