Unlikely. Physical maturity is complete around the age of 18 give or take a bit here and there. Maximum height will have been achieved and frame size will be at max and foot size will not increase. You may not grow another 5 inches after 18 buy your bodyshape and build will continue to alter as will your bone structure (facial).

The average person reaches the end of the growth cycle by about 19-22 years old. When the body is finished growing the final stage of development concerns brain function in relation to risk assessment capabilities.
