On some Mechanical Engineer notes, they are requiring a AABC or NEBB Certified company to preform the work. Both AABC & NEBB are an organization ( Club ) that I do not qualify to join. It is preventing me from getting work is Arizona. I am a Registered Contractor in AZ. ( Right To Work Law, Labor Law AZ )
