Like most students over 16 I don't want to stay in college so I was wondering if anyone knew if us 17 year olds could go to college part time and work instead of having to go to college full time?

That is exactly why there are community colleges almost everywhere. Get "Dress For Success" by John Molloy. He has a lot of advice for students, and it has no resemblance to guidance you get from school counselors:
1. Vocal skill will affect your earning power more than any other single detail.
2. Acting skill will get you a job offer even if you are not qualified for the job.
3. The most important thing you get from your college years is your address book.
4. The main difference between a successful man and a very successful man is the latter knows hundreds more people, and he knows them quite well.
Plan your schooling accordingly.
I appreciate your passion to start earning. There are many out there who think a job is just based on 9–5 career. But, there is more earning in the passive hustle. It's been a really long time since people have switched to multiple routes of making money right from their homes. Not needing to sit for hours, freedom of time and also location is even better. Personally, I felt there wasn't another way of making money. I came to know about a company for whom I work as an affiliate marketer. I get a commission of 90% everytime. Honestly, I earn way way above my paygrade at my regular job. My routine is to spend 2–3 hours on work and do whatever I want. There's no complexity or difficulty to it. Just a willingness to establish yourself on the right path. That's it. I can definitely be of help incase you're interested. Hope this was helpful.
Thank you that was very helpful
