I do not think anyone should use pills to help them lose weight. They often have dangerous side effects that may affect you for life.
If you want to get fit, the best way is going to be eating better, drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly. first you need to quit junk food. This means no more fast foods, frozen foods, regular sodas or candy. Focus on complex carbs and high fiber foods. These foods include natural Quakers oatmeal, 100% whole wheat grains, fruits and veggies and lean meats and remember to watch your portions.
Exercising only takes 30 to 45 minutes per day. This can be walking jogging or running. I recommend walking and Jogging. You should also do light weight lifting for at least 10 to 15 minutes with 2 pound and 5 pound dumbbells. This is all it takes to lose weight the healthy way.
