Okay so I don't know if this question is weird or not.. I've struggled with an eating disorder and I have insomnia so this is the kind of stuff I think of. So say you ate 1200 calories and its nighttime and you can't sleep so you just end up staying up the whole night to the next day (not sleeping until the next night) is that technically the same day or two different days? Like are you not able to eat another 1200 calories if you stayed up or would that be considered overeating because you haven't slept yet? Sorry this is a weird question but I can't search it anywhere and find an answer .. sorry if this doesn't make sense but it's already 10am and I haven't slept yet and I'm kind of just thinking of staying up because I don't want to sleep the day away. Not sure if that means I should hold off on eating or eat like a normal day .....

Its a new day because the caloric intake was calculated per day. Keep on track with your meal plan. Don't ever skip days. Eating disorders are no joke. If anything irregular happens on your part you could end up quitting the meal plan or burn yourself our making you stress and then never want to do it again. Keep it regular and keep your self happy while keeping regular meal habits with exercise.
You are making up problems where none exist. That's not weird, it's just plain wacko. Study some books about nutrition so you know a few things. One thing you will learn is that warm milk and calcium pills are the best sleep aid. Another is that calories don't matter. When you are hungry, eat anything you want, as long as you are sure it's food. When you are not hungry, stop eating. Figure out how much fat you want per day and get it all for breakfast. Fat slows digestion so you have a steady supply of energy and you don't get hungry between meals.
