I'm 23 y.o. Undergraduate .working as a computer specialist. I make 25k (php) a month. I want to know if it's better to start a mini grocery store or get a certification for Information security so that i can work as an Information security specialist.

-starting a mini grocery store is a gamble
-Studying Information Security (Certification training) is also a gamble because i don't know if its good enough to get a better job or if they will hire me (undergraduate).
I'm not getting younger. I do have savings but i need to choose where to invest it. should i invest in Training or business?
