Gender wise, male vs female, who would create a bigger impact using a bullwhip? Generally the bullwhip is said to rely on finesse and accuracy rather than brute physical strength that men have, so taking that into consideration, would a woman whip harder or a male? Who would make a more impact?

you know i have seen women using a bull whip and i have seen men use one and some of the movies that i have seen show a guy using the bullwhip to beat a lady and i have seen some real good women use one to it seems like they are stronger meaning men but a woman could be right there also in the running but i have seen some real bad marks and scares being left with brut force it didn't look good thats for sure
