I've had my budgie for about 9 months now, and he just had his first Night Fright 2 nights ago. I went to his aid quickly, and was able to soothe him after turning on the lights and softly talking/singing to him. Luckily, he didn't bring any harm to himself, and went back to sleep after taking a few minutes to catch himself.
This is the second night since his Night Fright, and when I go to uncover his cage, I notice feathers laying across the cage floor. He has never done this before, and acts totally normal during the daytime: tweeting, eating, and playing with his toys.
I'm very worried about him, and heed any advice.
After all, this is my first budgie.
