So, I recently broke my hip and am on crutches for the next five weeks. People think I am faking because I can, in fact, walk on it, but am technically not supposed to, and also because most of the time I feel no pain? Also, andy tips for just getting around in general, and still being healthy, etc? I am a teenager btw

If you are not supposed to - then don't!
Forget all those people who think you are faking, if it is broken it is broken and you don't need to prove it to anyone. So forget about that.
Follow your doctors advice closely, heal right and then worry about getting more active, it is only a couple of week, if you are given exercises do them!
The number of nerves you have decreases the further below the skin you go, just because you can't feel it doesn't mean you are doing no harm.
