How is British Council Land which the British people own. made into private property would that not mean the British Council would have to get everyone's permission to make that part of land not Council land ?

The individual/individuals would have to get permission off their local council to buy the land. In Britain council are split in to counties then into cities and towns which would only have like 5 local mps but if its in a populated area like a city street they wouldnt be for sale and would remain under the councils property
Thanks alot Sam for clearing stuff up, i guess Council land is owned by the council now as it would be down to the mps and not the people.
