Hi everyone.I got a problem.1 month ago i moved in a new refurbished flat with a contract for 6:months.But..after two weeks of living at this place problems started to come up..Paint is going off,whitewash falling from ceiling,it's really cold in flat,no matter how you adjust central heating..Few days ago in kitchen is fungus or something like mold on a wall..Its really terrible to live at this place..Any advices,how can i break the agreement till my tenancy ends???

if you go to civil court you can take them to court you also can get the place to return your money explain it to the manager you have to give them 10 days to fix or you can take action and pay someone to come in if it isn't fixed but submit a work order saying what is wrong and give it to him if he doesn't fix it then you can have it done and charge him for it
