Ok so my manager, who happens to be my boyfriend's mother, got transferred to a another location with a promotion, she offered me a huge promotion to help her out but when I told my boss that I might be transferring, he said I had to contact HR because that's a conflict of intrest, I'm so nervous to talk to HR, so I'm just wondering what to expect.
