shes being evicted for bad behavior. he doesn't want and hasn't been apart of this mess. he moved out months ago.

well he must know that he had some responsibility toward getting off the paper work just call or text him and ask him to take his name off the lease if not you'll have to ask them to remove it talk to the owners if it doesn't work to talk to the manager they will sooner or later have to remove him or come after him some how
