Boyfriend did oral on me… I started my period, but didn’t know.. when he was done he wipe his face and it was blood on the towel.. he’s mad/ hurt..and won’t talk to me…I apologized to him.. what should I do?

He’s mad because he never had that happen to him before.. and he thinks it’s disgusting, but I do too.. I didn’t know! I keep telling him that I didn’t know and he just won’t talk to me.. I text him today I said do you not want to be together anymore and he said No! So now we’re over because of my body not having control of its.. I don’t get it.. it was a mistake.
