I currently have a male rabbit who lives in the house and has access to the hall and two bedrooms. He is neutered and about 11 months old.
I have just bought a new male rabbit who is 4 months old and not neutered yet (he will be as soon as he is old enough) he is currently living in a cage in the living room (which the other rabbit doesn't have access to)
I have read up ALOT about bonding rabbits and everyone says they both have to be neutered first before bonding. I just want to know, can the rabbits see each other before the new rabbit is neutered? Can the older one come in the zliving room and if we keep the new one in his cage, would it be okay if they sniff each other and meet each other through the bars? Or will this ruin my chance of them getting along in the future.
Any help from experienced people would be great, thanks in advance
