Right now, I'm 38-28-40 (inches), 5'8'', and 140 pounds, which puts me at a BMI of 21.3. I'd like to be around 34-23-35, 120 pounds. Which would leave me at a BMI of around 18. Is this possible? I don't know how many inches I can lose from my body or how much smaller I can look while still being attractive. Is this too low of a goal weight? Will I look disgusting at 120? I'm working out at least four days a week with strength training added to that, and following a strict diet of under 1000 calories. Better suggestions for meeting this goal?
