No way to tell without a doctor checking, there's so many reasons why it could be happening. It's not life-threatening though, that much I can tell you.

No, not normal at all. It probably is an infection, but there are other things that can cause bloody urine. You need to get a doctor's advice and study some books about nutrition so you know to eat right. I once had bloody urine caused by a magnesium deficiency. I had to figure it out myself because doctors don't study nutrition.
