... work on the 23rd, however i forgot to take it that night. it also fell out of my handbag and i lost it. so the next day i took two but i had to skip forward a day because i lost one of the pills. after that i went back to taking one a day. Up until the 29th when i was away from home and didnt take it. so i took two again the next day. My period was due the day i took the two tablets. i havent got it yet but im getting all the pains i get before i get my period. I usually faint on my period and i did today, However i still do not have it. Could this be because i took two pills on the day i was supposed to get it. Also since the 23rd when the pill was supposed to work, ive been constantly getting nosebleeds or just getting blood cloths in my nose...could this be a side effect?

No, it can be that you skip your period once. But not because you took two pills. However this is stupid, because taking two pills doesn't help, if you did not take one in 24 hours they do not prevent pregnancies any more. So you need to start again after your period, before that you cannot have sex. If you have these side effects, like nose bleeds and fainting you should go back to your doctor. It could be that the pills are to heavy for you, and the concentration should be adjusted. This happens often when you start. Good luck
